"ServantsEdge has proven to be a powerful tool in developing my ability to do the work that God has given me in my ministry. "The Edge" has focused me both inward and outward in my thoughts and my understanding of myself, my responsibilities, my church and my community. It is not a "how to" course as much as it is a "what did God really say" study. If you aren't willing to change; if you aren't willing to evaluate yourself and your views; if you aren't willing to stretch your ideas of how it has always been done; then The Edge may not be for you."

"Thus far my experience as a part of ServantsEdge has been great! I was not sure what to expect when I first signed up. My reservations that the program might not be current or that it suffered from denominational politics or baggage proved to be completely unfounded. ServantsEdge proved to be highly meaningful and engaging. We were presented with the opportunity both as a group and as individuals to ask ourselves deeper and more resonant questions. Rather than an exercise in pastoral group speak, ServantsEdge proved to be a caring environment of spiritual direction. I was challenged to step outside of “my ministry” long enough to evaluate and listen to what God most desired in relationship with me.
I also enjoyed numerous off-line conversations with other pastors as we shared the experiences at ServantsEdge and about our own churches. These interactions were encouraging and allowed us to develop a genuine sense of camaraderie. Because we had the time to create significant relationships at ServantsEdge, I have high expectations for the interactions of our group as we progress in the monthly peer group meetings. I would recommend ServantsEdge to anyone serious about digging deep into ministry!"

"ServantsEdge has been a life changing experience for me. It has been beneficial in taking me up to the next level of leadership development. Week One has challenged me in my spiritual walk to daily draw close to God and to allow Him to change me in the way He desires. As believers we all know and understand this concept but we so often allow the busyness of ministry to take precedence over our relationship with God. Week Two pushed on my definition of what really is a disciple and how you make one. We learned the practical steps of how to incorporate deep change within ourselves and within our church body. Learning the process of deep change has been an invaluable resource tool both in my personal life and in my ministry. Week Three stretched my concept of Kingdom Work beyond the 4 walls of my own little church where I serve. The Peer Group accountability times have been invaluable in helping me to incorporate all these concepts into my daily life and into my area of ministry. I would strongly recommend ServantsEdge to all pastoral staff and any layman serving in areas of leadership. ServantsEdge would also be beneficial to any believer who desires to grow deeper in their development and personal walk with the Lord. ServantsEdge had been one of the best leadership development conferences I have ever attended and is well worth the investment in time and money."

" I went through the first week of ServantsEdge back in April. It was a positive experience in helping me to refocus and recommit to personal growth. It was a profitable experience in that being away from the normal routine and responsibilities it helped me to evaluate where I am in my personal and professional growth. That week gave me time to focus wholeheartedly on God and allow Him to speak to me and pull me away from the normal patterns and challenge me to look at what He wants to do in my life and my ministry.
One thing that I am looking forward to out of the first week of ServantsEdge is the continuing contact with my peer group. Being that these guys are all senior pastors like myself, we can talk and share out of a common experience. I am looking forward to get to know these men better and to be able to share with them and be accountable to them as I and they strive to reach our personal and professional goals.
I also appreciated the opportunity to be a part of a field trip to a Muslim Mosque to hear from the Imam and get a more inside perspective of what Muslims believe, teach, and practice. I believe these types of experiences are helpful in keeping us aware of the realities concerning and the challenges to our ministry as Christians in a rapidly changing society and culture."

“ServantsEdge has been eye-opening and life-changing! I’m only half-way there but what I’ve been exposed to so far has turned my world upside down. I’ve stopped asking the question ‘what’s in it for me or what’s in it for my church’, and I now ask ‘how does this impact the Kingdom.’ Thanks TBA and thanks ServantsEdge!”

"I have been transformed by the move of God, since being a part of ServantsEdge training. I have to encourage all to attend this training, especially new pastors. I re-structured my Spiritual foundation in ministry as God is moving me through ServantsEdge. God is challenging me to take it to another level and I accept all blessings from God.
In my focus of having a mental model God has made me more compassionate, a better listener and greeter, showing myself friendlier for Christ as a servant. It's this compassion for Christ which is humbling me to focus not only on people but more on their discipleship.
I say to our congregation always, "it's all about the Kingdom of God." Now I do have "Kingdom Properties" and I am using them as a pastor to disciple the flock God has given me.”

“For me, Servants Edge has been life-changing, mind-stretching, transforming, empowering. It has made me aware of how mental models can affect how we think, how transformation must begin within, how Christian discipleship must be defined and refined, and how Christians must empower our world for God’s Kingdom. Servants Edge has provided me the opportunity to “step outside the box” and look at serving and ministering for our Lord from different perspectives.”

"ServantsEdge has given me the chance to connect with other ministers like nothing that I have been involved in before. The peer group experience has been a great encouragement, we all have our struggles and the support really helps. The retreats have been a true worship experience for me as they allow a chance to slow down and hear God's voice, and the teaching has been relevant and practical. The chance to learn and share ideas through ServantsEdge has helped me become a better minister and a better disciple."
